Native of La Tuque in Haute Mauricie, I am constantly connecting with nature. In 1994, I discovered the medium of watercolor. For challenge, interest and curiosity, I persevere despite the complexity of the medium, but it fits me in every way. Pleasure to share with friends painters member of the SCA, and to see other horizons, I let myself be tempted by some workshops here and there.

In 2002, I devoted myself full time and I know that time that I will paint my whole life.

And recently I have abandoned my beloved hometown but isolated for the city.

The wood will never leave the girl. I built my workshop / art gallery in Pointe du Lac, Trois-Rivières. I'm still in harmony with the source of my balance and everything that has made me who I am.

During my numerous symposiums, my forests, my characters, my urban and marine themes drawn directly from my imagination more charm my audience. Also, several awards are presented to me and I become thereby in 2012 member of the prestigious Canadian Society of Watercolor, winning at that moment the 1st prize of the jury / guest and in 2015 the silver medal with my watercolor exposed to the XXXII th watercolor Canadian Living.

I taught for almost 15 years basics of watercolor techniques, intermediate and advanced form of training workshop, demonstration or training. Always focused on the importance of creation.

Whether in my workshop / art gallery or around Quebec, no matter where you request my expertise, I am honored to be there.

ARTISTIC APPROACH

After more than 20 years of experience and research results of each of my watercolors is the pure fruit of my creativity and my imagination. Often without drawing .... the creative process begins at the very first brush stroke. The composition imposes itself and invents a history according to my moods.

The chances '' controlled '' multiply and confirm my intuitions. And finally, the light gradually leaving installs its veil of mystery.

At this point, the table reflects a gentle poetry that inhabits me. This personal and non-traditional technique gives my work an atmosphere at the limit of the unreal.

It's an appointment in my workshop / art gallery Trois-Rivières, and discover my environment and my now painted watercolors, eliminating unwanted reflections from the glass.
